Corvus is committed to operating with the highest standards of integrity and transparency. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and efficiently.
1. Scope
This Dispute Resolution Policy applies to all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services, website, or any agreement you have with Corvus, unless otherwise specified in a separate written contract.
2. Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute, controversy, or claim informally for at least thirty (30) days. The informal negotiation period begins upon your provision of written notice to us.

3. Mediation and Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) or a similar mutually agreed-upon body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
4. Governing Law
This policy and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and the specific jurisdiction where services are rendered, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
